Sumana, BE Mechanical from the prestigious College of Engineering, Pune (COEP) having nearly 2 decades of varied and multifarious experience in Plant Engineering in the field of Power Plant, Fibre Plant, Distilleries, Sugar Plants, WTPs etc. Her area of expertise includes Feed Engineering and detailed engineering of various Plants with their critical equipment’s.

A hands-on dynamic leader with experience in guiding and motivating cross-functional teams to execute projects successfully well within time. She has worked with various esteemed organisations like Foster Wheeler, DCPL & Plantech Consultants in the past and contributed for many domestic and international project execution. Possess a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication techniques with a customer-centric focus. Detailed-oriented and skilled at Identifying, preventing and solving problems. Being a TUV certified Internal Auditor, she works towards identifying and implementing process improvements to improve workflow, reliability requirements and Customer satisfaction.

Also, an expert in planning and prioritising engineering activities and resources in order to get the projects successfully completed on time. As a true professional, she always apply her knowledge and skills in any innovative technical management role. Sumana heads the Engineering, HR & Proposals departments of the company.
